Seahaven Beach Hotel

We got to spend 2 amazing days at sea haven. Our family with 3 kids and 4 adults fit comfortably in the ground level beachfront rooms at sea haven. The location was bliss. Right on the beach we had a really amazing time. The kids couldn't have been happier. It's a budget friendly place with ability to eaccept pets and large groups. I booked and paid for this room for 2 nights before I ever actually read the reviews. Once I did, I was terrified. The reviews make this place sound horrid. The elevator IS in working order. The room is decent. Its not the Hilton, but I mean, you get what you pay for. We got a 2 room suite. Our room was a 1st floor room, so we literally walked out the front door and our feet hit sand. We loved it. No bugs, no smell. It could have been more updated, but we were there for the beach, so we didnt care. We would absolutely recommend this hotel in the future.

After reading the reviews we were hesitant. Note: we stayed here 2 years ago. And it wasn't the best experience but there were no bugs. The room was pretty run down and ac did not work. We decided to give a second chance. The room was pretty amazing for the little bit dated hotel. Ac worked amazing this time. View was perfect. Again. No bugs! Kids/and adult kids wanted to be in the middle of the action for this trip and this is what they got. Thank you again for an amazing stay! I gave 4 star for the room, due to them being a little dated .... Have to add. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it. And it's no fault of the hotel... It's only because of location.

Wow, I arrived on Dec 26 to freshly updated room. New beds, fresh paint. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had read previous reviews and was afraid I had made a bad choice. That's not the case. Rooms fresh and updated. YES, it is an older building and a little noisy, but NO bugs!!!! I do not hear the people on either side of me. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a basic hotel. No frills, clean, room friendly staff.

I had a great vacation at this hotel. Check in was smooth and check out was smooth. The workers were nice and helpful when you needed towels or had questions. My husband and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room with a balcony on the 4th floor (top floor). We had an amazing view! It was pretty quiet too. My only complaint was that we were in a room with a connecting door and that made it easy to hear the guests in the room next to us that woke us up daily before 7:45am. Didn't get to sleep in at all the entire vacation because of the crying screaming toddlers in that room. During the daytime, we didn't have any problems. We brought our dog (45 lb lab) with us and we had a great time! I would stay there again! It was very close to everything we wanted to do. I loved the location!

Very convenient to all locations. Very affordable. Right on the beach. The rooms are standard but very clean. Everyone is so friendly.

I stayed here both times I went to PCB. The staff are friendly, check in is easy and every room is beach front. The shower/tubs/faucets need a major update, water pressure is a little low but they do the job. The rooms are as expected, I think the hotel is older. I've seen a few reviews about bed bugs but I have never seen them or had issues. I've never even seen spiders here. We always do a thorough check of our room, mattress and couch anytime we stay at any hotel and its always been fine. The beds are comfy, the pillows are fluffy, and the AC is freezing. The reception area has hot coffee and drinks in a cooler to purchase. Pool also is on site. The doors are really hard to shut but that doesn't bother me at all. Parking is easy, you have the main lot in front of the hotel and a giant lot across the street. The road is very easy to cross regardless of the time. We will stay here every single time we visit PCB! If you're looking for a super glam, chandelier and plush experience, this isn't it. BUT I have always felt safe and slept like a baby here and that's what we look for. There's also a ton of places within walking distance.

I stayed there for 4 nights, 5 days. Even though people work there were nice and friendly, my room wasn't clean especially the bathroom area. But the location was great. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. FYI, bring your own hair dryer.
